How soon should I expect a decision in my case?

Generally, hearing decisions are rendered within 90 days from the date the record closes (after the transcript and any required post-hearing filings are made), however, there are many exceptions based on the type of case and whether a rule or statute specifically addresses decision timelines.  More specific information about when a decision will be made in your case may be discussed with the ALJ during your hearing.
