NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Secretary of State Tre Hargett today announced the 2025-2026 Tennessee Blue Book is dedicated to Tennessee Governor Bill Lee.
“It is an honor to dedicate the newest edition of the Tennessee Blue Book to two-term Governor Bill Lee,” said Secretary Hargett. “Since becoming Governor in 2019, Governor Lee has focused on several priorities, including a strong workforce, modernized infrastructure, quality education, economic development, and supporting families. He is indeed deserving of this recognition.”
Lee is a seventh-generation Tennessean and the 50th Governor of Tennessee. He was raised in Franklin, where he still resides today with his wife, Maria, on his family’s farm.
Published every two years by the Secretary of State’s office, the Tennessee Blue Book features detailed information about all three branches of state government, Tennessee history, biographies of elected and appointed officials, census data, election statistics, and more.
The 2025-2026 Blue Book is available to all Tennessee residents. To request a copy of the state’s definitive almanac of the Tennessee State Government, citizens can contact their representative in the General Assembly or place an order with the Secretary of State’s Division of Publications online at sos.tn.gov/bluebook-request.
