0001 Election Laws As enacted, authorizes partisan elections for school board members. HB9072
0002 Public Funds and Financing As enacted, adds cash as a form of eligible collateral for purposes of the collateral required to be pledged to secure public deposits; decreases the collateral pledge level for public deposits held by collateral pool banks. HB9073
0003 Governor As enacted, decreases the time a state of emergency may continue under an executive order or proclamation issued by the governor from 60 days to 45 days. HB9075
0004 Public Health As enacted, grants governor exclusive jurisdiction to issue orders and directives regarding county health departments during a pandemic; transfers authorization to order rules and regulations as are necessary or appropriate to protect the general health and safety of the county from the county health officer to the county mayor; revises and enacts other provisions regarding the powers and responsibilities of county health departments, county mayors, and county health officers. 0005 District Attorneys As enacted, allows the attorney general and reporter to petition the supreme court for appointment of a district attorney general pro tem if a district attorney general peremptorily and categorically refuses to prosecute all instances of a criminal offense without regard to facts or circumstances; requires the supreme court to appoint a district attorney general pro tem if the court finds the district attorney general has refused to attend and prosecute according to law. 0006 Public Health As enacted, revises and adds provisions relative to COVID-19; transfers certain existing provisions (such as liability provisions) and adds the new provisions to a newly created title in TCA (Title 14); specifies that the provisions of the newly created title will prevail over any conflicting law; and prohibits the governor from suspending any provision of the newly created title, except in cases where the governor is exercising the governor's emergency powers during a state of emergency declared by the governor; prohibits a governmental entity and other public official from suspending any provision of the newly created title, regardless of whether there is a state of emergency. 0007 Appropriations  As enacted, makes appropriations sufficient to provide the first year's funding for any act which receives final passage during the third extraordinary session of the 112th General Assembly. SB9007
