Correctional Officer Firearm State Identification Card
State Identification Firearm Cards are issued upon request to correctional officers and inmate relations coordinators pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1350(f).
In order to request a State Identification Firearm Card, you will complete the form located here and mail it to the address listed on the application.
