Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett is pleased to announce the launch of the new Tennessee Charity and Business Filing System. The system can be used for filing charitable registrations and renewals, gaming applications and other charity filings as well as Athlete Agent and Fantasy Sports Operator registrations.

All new and existing customers MUST set up filing accounts in the new system. You must set up an account before you can file any documents.
 

Set Up an Account


Customers will be able to track their filings, receive completed documents, submit corrections for rejected filings, upload attachments, and pay online using their accounts.

Filed documents will be delivered to the customer the same day they are processed by the Secretary of State’s office. In addition, filings can be submitted anytime.

Beginning October 1, 2022, our office will no longer accept documents prepared outside of the Charity and Business filing system. Documents received after this date will be returned unprocessed to the customer.
